Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Commissions & Originals

All sales of original and commissioned artwork are final. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Due to the personalized and one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, refunds are not available once work has begun or after delivery.

Minor changes may be requested during the work-in-progress stages. Please provide accurate references and clear instructions up front.

If you have any concerns about your commission after receiving it, please reach out to me directly at spikesartstudio@gmail.com. I’m committed to making sure you’re satisfied with the experience, even though refunds cannot be guaranteed.

 


 

2. Prints & Merchandise

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or if the wrong item was sent. If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review your case and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for errors related to sizing, address input, or changes of mind after purchase.
